Try contacting Scooterworks London SE.1 around this problem, and encourages all types of traditional Scottish and also a machine "project" at a reasonable price.
However, there are usually a few Ebeye or in the classifieds Scooter journals, not too hard to find, but not cheap in any condition.
Me'self rather have a Vespa, but everyone has their own happiness
